Hi, I am looking for an excellent team of developers and designers to produce a website that allows members to create accounts, upload pictures and have users vote on these pictures (up to 3 shown in one page).
The website that I see is something like this, but with many less features. http://www.openfashion.com/polls/
The essential part is that people can create an account, upload pictures and have other users hit a Like button, or if they have more than 3 pictures up the readers can vote on A, B or C.
Users that post pictures are allowed to post another ‘set’ of pictures.
The member should also automatically receive a welcome email.
Website needs to have facebook connect and the facebook “like” button.

Administrator can send bulk email to members
Administrator can manage admin from site setting.
The design is also needed, but designers can integrate a css template of my choice.
