I would like a plug in for VLC player that mutes the sound when a curse word is being said. It needs to be real time so that all I have to do is insert a dvd and start playing it and the sounds will be muted when there are bad words… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, Software Architecture)
