Animated text can be a great way to draw attention to a section of text, and make an app seem more dynamic.
Here’s a control called BBCyclingLabel from Bruno de Carvalho allows you to create animated text very easily. You simply need to set the transition effect, duration, and add your text, and the animations will perform automatically.
Provided are fade, zoom, and scroll transitions, and you can combine different transitions.
You can find a video demonstrating the BBCyclingLabel control here.
You can find BBCyclingLabel on Github here.
Included is a complete example, demonstrating the different included animations, and an example of creating a custom effect.
