I am looking to add some sort of CMS (content management system) to the following website oxforduniversal.com. Basically, I would like to be able to easily change the text on the pages, add a menu item, upload images… (Budget: $30-$1500 USD, Jobs: PHP, webMethods, Website Design, Website Management, WordPress)
