Simple WordPress work- Gravatar, RSS feed and plug in issue by adamnagoya

I have a normal wordpress blog with an optimize press theme. a) My Rss feed does not seem to b functioning correctly b) My gravatar, although set, does not appear when I post comments on other blogs… (Budget: $8-$15 USD, Jobs: WordPress)
