Change visualization to a Small Android APP. by rowter

I have a fully functionable small app, that works with json to get information, but I need to change the visualization, colors, images and icons to a small 4 screen android app. I need to add a splash screen also…. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Android, Mobile Phone)
