Earlier this month I mentioned an iOS UI control I mentioned an open source iOS control for creating notifications views that was styled after iOS 6′s built-in push notification views called MPNotificationView.
There was some argument that those views would be too confusing to the user so here’s another open source control for the same purpose called JCNotificationBannerPresenter by James Coleman, looks great, but won’t be confused with iOS push notification views.
Here’s an image showing the notification view in action:
The notification view text is very easy to change and are presented with a smooth sliding animation. You can also implement touch handling very easily.
