I recently had a Freelancer create a website for me. He did a very good job. It has everything I need, but after beginning to add content to it, I realize that it needs some “adjustments”. I have created a document with screen shots, etc… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
