I would like to have someone search the county records each week to find any “Notice Of Forclosure” (NOF) filed in the following counties, in Minnesota – Hennepin, Anoka, Washington, Ramsey, Dakota, Scott, and Carver. I am trying to find only industrial buildings with a forclosure notice over $1,000,000. If filed by Legal Discription, I need it converted it to a Property Address. Would like to receive notice of these filings each week by email. Not able to do this work myself, but would pay a monthly fee to a service provider. To determin the value of this effort, I need an idea of how many or how often a NOF might be found. GT
