debugging a php page and form validation using javascript by chrileonards

i need someone to debug my codes. i have problem printing out the datatime from the database and some table lining issue. i also need a javascript validation for registration. (Budget: $30-$40 SGD, Jobs: Javascript, PHP, SQL)
