I am currently running osticket 1.6 and would like to modify the screen where users check the status of their tickets. If the ticket status = Non-Notification of Delay/Cancel I want to turn off the area where the client can leave a comment and upload a file… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
