This should be a very simple set up for someone and should take only a few small number of hours…, I have the template and the database done – I do not know the in’s and outs of setting up the front side (Visual website) as Joomla is very new to me… (Budget: $30-$250 CAD, Jobs: HTML, PSD to HTML, Website Design)
