I would like a program either for a small server or a cloud service. The programs purpose is to make a secure network for mobile phones. The server/cloud would have a VoiP number that when that number received a call or sms messages could forward the call or sms to a set mobile device… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Android, Asterisk PBX, iPhone, Mobile Phone, VoIP)
