We have already created a mockup for our home page in PowerPoint (attached). So we know what we want the page to look like. We just need a graphic designer to translate it into an illustrator file which can be given to a WordPress developer… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, Website Design)
