I am looking for a programmer who has experience with Interactive Brokers Java API. I have a multi-threaded program that I need to have written. I have already scripted the majority of the logic as I have a basic understanding of computer programming. The program will have 3-4 methods and will need to incorporate an excel spreadsheet. Detailed specs will be given after selection of programmer.
