I need a simple yet reliable site one page coded to specs.
This site will function along side of a MLM program I use to build a downline of 5×5.
The site will consist of 2 frames. The left will be like a side bar providing instruction to navigate through the frame on the right. The frame on the right will be a website signup for the MLM program that corresponds to the next person in the matrix.
It will look like this;

So each person is take to this page for example if the first person 1 is user name Person1 (this will be me) the site displayed is www.ProgramSite.com/Person1 when the next user visits the sight they will see my referral sign up page www.ProgamSite.com/Peson1 the work through the sign up process following the instructions on the left frame. Then they fill in their USER ID (Person2) and the ID of the Person who they were referred by, in this case Person1. Person1’s site url will show until he generates 5 sign ups then it will display the site of Person2 (www.ProgramSite.com/Person2) once they get their 5 sign ups it will move on to the next person and so on.
The purpose of entering your user id and the referrals id is to track sign ups. They can not sign up if the referral id is not in the data base or if the referral id has already received 5 sign ups. If that is the case it will so a box stating that the user has already reached their allotted number of sign ups, please join as a new user in the program and redirect to the next url page of the next individual in the matrix needing to reach their 5 sign ups, and clear out the data entry boxes in the left frame.
