I need the backbone for a Registration Page, design not important, as long as the Features requested work. I’m guessing this sort of thing would need to be written in PHP, with a MYSQL Backend. The diagram is the best I could come up with which provide the main fields required for registration… (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
