Last week I mentioned a UISwitch replacement that can be customized by changing a set of images.
Here’s another custom control from George Hughes called GIKPopoverView for extending UIPopoverBackgroundView allowing you to replace the background images for each position of the UIPopover.
This allows you have so you to have a seamless native look with your custom backgrounds that looks good in all orientations.
Here’s an image showing the sample app and a couple of custom popovers:
You can find GIKPopoverBackgroundView on Github here.
You’ll find a set of images in the example and you can modify those to get things right.
