I would like to build a database which can be accessed and edited through a mobile app. Database administrators and/or authors would have the ability to edit/add/delete records online when accessed, with authors having less editing capability than administrators… (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: Android, Mobile Phone, MySQL, SQL)
