I am looking for 1 VHS tape to be converted to a High Quality file (e.g. AVI, Quicktime. Which ever provides the best quality). The files would also need to be cleaned up, both picture and sound. The file will be used for broadcast and DVD duplication… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Video Broadcasting, Video Services)
