HELP – Editing needed for Daughter’s Sr. Pictures by mom23bs

I am a busy mom of a High School Senior…. need I say more? 🙂 HELP!!! Have taken pictures of my daughter with my Nikon D40 and for the most part the pictures are good, but there are a few shadows… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Photo Editing)
