Port some 2D drawing functions of an Android game from OpenGL 1.1 to OpenGL 2.0 by Ecthelion

For an existing Android game I am currently using OpenGL 1.1 for a few 2D drawing operations. I would like to add an option to use OpenGL 2.0 on devices running Android 2.3 or higher but I have little knowledge of OpenGL 2.0… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Android, Java, OpenGL)
