add an insert image field in wordpress frontend – RUSH! by ifixitsolution

I have a wordpress project that needs some modifications. the client requires an image upload from the user’s hard drive or the user will be able to choose from what’s available in the server. this feature is available in backend editor but I also need it in front end… (Budget: $30-$50 USD, Jobs: WordPress)
