Cdyne SMS Notify in .NET page with post back to MS Access DB by noblephoto

I need two.NET 4.0 pages. The first page will be a web form that takes a name, phone number and text field. On send, using the SMS Notify by cdyne.com the text is sent over SMS and confirmation response shown on the sending page… (Budget: $30-$100 USD, Jobs: .NET, C# Programming)
