I’m looking for someone to start a project and create a platform to work off of. It will be a file manager in the basic sense. Must have at least 2 years experience with PHP5/PostgreSQL or Firebird XHTML/CSS2 & AJAX with experience with a template system, such as Smarty, Twig… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: AJAX, HTML, MySQL, PHP, SQL)
