Animation for a 1 to 1.5 minute startup video to help educate benefits to users by funco

I have a patent on a method to search the internet that puts the users in control…it’s not the easiest to communicate what it is all about, so i am thinking an animation will help. My goal is to try and entice an existing company to work with me to empower an existing user/customer base… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: 3D Animation, Animation)
