web hotspot is a problem when a the load in a website get suddenly increased. in my project i like to realize this problem in a distributed system environment like peer-to-peer network.but to get a optimized solution i like to use an AI technique like Genetic algorithm, evolutionary computation… (Budget: ?10000-?20000 INR, Jobs: C++ Programming, Java, Matlab & Mathematica)
