Construction Database Website

I am designing a website to be used with our construction company. I will have very clear mockups of what needs programmed. There will be many forms used within this website to add to database of lot number and different construction projects. Please view all mockups I have uploaded to this listing as well as see the site outline below.

I need a good programmer that can give me exactly what I am looking for when it comes to what you see in my mockups. You must be able to give the exact look and function that I am looking for.

Please only bid if you are a well rounded developer that has the confidence to work with me to create a good final product.

I am very hands on and will make it very clear through my photoshop mockups of what needs to be done.

I will design all graphics used.

One last detail, but a very important one. On certain parts of this website, it must work very quickly and easily on a BLACKBERRY. Such as the Purchase Orders section and the Jobsite/Project Update.

There will need to be forms where I can easily take pictures with my blackberry and quickly upload them to the database under a certain project update screen.

Client Account page (users are directed to this page from to client login on homepage)
1. Bid Request
– Client can submit an estimate request for a job they would like completed by our company. This will include a form to insert all required information for us to bid the project.
– Files can be uploaded to our website to be viewed by our company through this page by the user, such as CAD or PDF plan files.
2. Outstanding Purchase Orders
– The user can view outstanding purchase orders that they owe us payment for.
3. Client jobsite/project summary
-User can view all jobsites we are currently working on for them and the status of these jobsites (controlled through the Admin/Managers).
– Client can view all job complete pictures (uploaded by the Admin)
4. Media section
– The client can view all various files that have to do with our business such as our proof of insurance, workers comp documents, safety sheets, etc. (uploaded by Admin).

Admin Account page (Managers are directed to this page from Admin login on homepage)
1. Current Schedule
– View the current and past schedule
– This is automatically created by jobsite starts and frame walks scheduled on other parts of admin page. Once a new Jobsite/Project is submitted, the start date is added to the “Current Schedule” under “Starts.” The “Walks” date for this house is also calculated and submitted to the schedule automatically depending on the house type.
For example: If the house type is a “Davidson” model, it is a 5 day house. So the Start date would be added to the schedule as well as the Walk date to be added 5 business days later.
2. Jobsite/Project Update
– Select Builder
– Add new builder account (directs to form “Add a New Client Account“)
– see attached .GIF for more details
– Update jobsites at complete under “Complete Project” with contractor score and pictures of job complete (total of 4 pictures)
3. Purchase Orders
– Form to add a new purchase order (see attached .GIF)
– capabilities to edit orders or mark them received (sent to “Received Orders”)
– Received Orders are then sent to a page where they need to be marked paid, once they are marked paid by Admin they are sent to a holding folder for any future reference.

4. Plan Library
– New plans can be added with a form
– form will include a field to mark how many days (#) it should take to finish the house.
– .CAD files are also attached to these are uploaded by the ADMIN for reference
– Square foot will also be an added field to this form.
5. Quick Reference Square Foots
– Quickly view square foots for different house models (uploaded by admin under plan library).
6. Sub-Contractor Profiles
– Subcontractors will be added by a form. They will also have a score received rendered from a score on each job (submitted by Admin under “Jobsite/Project Update” page).
7. Fines
– A form to quickly add a safety fine to a contractors account. There will also be a way to upload picture to this file.
8. Media
– a page designed for Admin to add media to website where clients can view and download them.
9. Admin Security
– Add, edit, or remove Admins
10. Client Security
– Add, edit, or remove Clients
