We run WHMSC for our support desk. When ticket notes are added to support tickets my staff is not seeing them. I simply want to add a popup that forces them to read the ticket note and then check a box to acknowledge they have read the not… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP)
