The project is to design one website layout and create HTML and CSS so that I can immediately install it into my CMS, which is similar to WordPress. No logo or text is needed.

I need a talented designer who is knowledgeable of integrating HTML and CSS into PHP applications. In order to use it in my CMS, I need you to redesign the site but keep the current layout. If you can handle this project, I have more exactly like it.
