The idea is that every person who downloads the app appears on a map. One person in a area of the map appears as a red dot – “IN” and can tip blue dots around him/her (the other players). If the ‘in’ person gets within 2 meters of an ‘out’ person the ‘out’ person becomes ‘in’… (Budget: $30-$50 AUD, Jobs: GPS, Graphic Design, iPhone, Mobile Phone)
