Submit Image from HTML link by pbrownofjtownsl

I would like my wordpress form to be edited. Right now you have to upload photos, but I would like it edited where you can extract the photo from a html link in a way that is very similar to pinterest… (Budget: $30-$60 USD, Jobs: PHP, WordPress)
