I need an affiliate page created, that allows a user to enter their clickbank id into a text field, and then that clickbank ID is dynamically placed within all affiliate codes for emails, images, taglines, etc… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Javascript, WordPress)
