I’m looking to create a website except I don’t have the skills to design it. I have a website programmer lined up but I’m not fond of his designs however he said if he has a template or pretty much a designed page he can work with that to create other pages and make the page function live online… (Budget: $30-$250 CAD, Jobs: Graphic Design, User Interface / IA, Website Design)
