I am launching my property management business in Ballarat, a small town about 1.5 hours from Melbourne.
I used the attached flyer for my Melbourne launch which was A4 and one sided.
i am looking for someone to use a majority of the text, to complete a new brochure which will be double sided, and smaller than this.
The idea is to really promote my 3.3% Property Management Rates to all new clients in Ballarat (for the first year, then 5.5% after that).
the flyer needs to present well and use the same style and flair as my site at neeshproperty.com.au.
I will only accept communication via scriptlance.
the flyer needs to be print ready so I can take it to a print place right away.
Please be creative, I want eye catching, knock them down impressive, but above all….. Must be Professional and Clear.
