Css Rollover Image Button

For this project, I need the code for an image button where the image will change upon mouseover or mousedown. There will be different text on each button and not part of the image. I would prefer to not use javascript. The buttons must work smoothy in IE 7+, FireFox, and Safari.

I have created the background images and the page is ready for you to work with in a test area.
