I need somebody who develops a HTML5 based tool that can de-identify DICOM files and saves them on my server. De-identification has to take place on the USER side (local computer) – to avoid any confidentiality/security risk by transmitting patient data from the user’s computer to the server… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML5, Imaging, Medical, PHP, Software Architecture)
