VF: Cafe World style game by leonard068

I need a game similar to Cafe World (isometric) but just of four levels. I would make all of the graphics, I just need the engine. Attached is the specs document. (Budget: $1500-3000, Jobs: Flash, Flex, MySQL, Papervision3D, PHP)
