I have two websites that are so basic that I want them done within 24 hours. My budget is $100 and I want each done by modifying twenty-eleven or any basic theme to make the structures. This is a pure css job as the themes are way too simple… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, WordPress)
