You won’t have to start the project from scratch. I already have a rough but working prototype. It takes a text field and splits it into smaller messages. You’d have to debug my code, add some features like numbered tweets and an option to include a mention in every tweet, and make it presentable… (Budget: $30-$150 USD, Jobs: HTML5, Javascript, jQuery / Prototype, PHP, User Interface / IA)
