I am looking for a site that generates certificates. User gets a form where they get a drop down of ‘certificate names’. They fill in their name and it generates a certificate, more award I guess. On the backend it will overlay their information on to an image that is the certificate base… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
