I need a bare bones simple RSS reader for one purpose. I want to be the first (or one of the first) person to see new results retrieved from a large list of RSS feeds. The update frequency for most readers wont go below 1 minute… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Anything Goes, PHP, Software Architecture)
