I have an insurance quotation system which is displayed in a simple iframe. (see attached document for links) What i need is for 3 of the variables in the form to be captured in separate larger form field boxes which are positioned just above the iframe… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Javascript, jQuery / Prototype, PHP, Software Architecture)
