Plugins expert needed to built the plugins for my site by Jibskhan

i needed the expert who had experienced in developing the plug ins for me. the plug ins should be W3C compliance and its should have all prototype codes with compliable to all browser with my sites. they are many others plug ins in my site so its should work with other plug ins too ….
