Create 20 comic books based on educational children’s book series by epub1111

I have a series of children’s books that are based on children’s stories. I need to create comic strips based on them. I expect to have 5 pages of comic strips with 4-6 panels per page. This would result in, on average, 5 pages, per comic book or for each story… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: 3D Animation, Animation, Graphic Design, Illustrator, Photoshop)
