I have excel spreadsheets with 5 years of sales data (date, price, price/sq ft) and home descriptive data (BR, BA, SqFT, Distress, Type, Builder, etc.). I use teh raw data in a second excel project to summarize and analyze data by timeperiod, average prices, prices by type, etc… (Budget: min $50 USD, Jobs: Database Administration, Excel, Microsoft, Microsoft Access, Report Writing)
