Create a simple web menu that will be placed in the top right of my web pages. For look and feel see sample htm file enclosed, but doesn’t need to be exactly this for sure, For instance, the dropdowns should look like the top (with a box around it, etc…) This is for a nonprofit… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Javascript)
