We need an aggregate social data site. Something like entelo.com or talentbin.com. First read the detailed RFP which is attached. Then make an account at entelo.com and/or talentbin.com. I am not sure if entelo will let you sign up but I have signed up for free at talentbin.com and it works… (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: HTML, MySQL, PHP, Web Scraping, Website Design)
