Development of a simple Java Web Service to search and retrieve files via SOAP.
The Web Service will accept a soap request with specific values.
Then it must search for the provided specific values inside txt files
Then it must retrieve the found files serialized to the soap client.

IMPORTANT:
– I’ll work only with escrow
– The Server is a windows 2003 server
– server will be Tomcat last version (or you can suggest a better one as long as it’s free)
– Provide an easy way to change directories path later, and for adding new Drive_Letter/PATHs later
– Source-code and development tools used are required (I may need to change something in the software later)
– Provide an easy way to translate ALL words/messages/errors to my current language (take care of character encoding), Or you can send me the list of all words/messages/errors in english and I translate them for you.
– Provide a simple “how to install and configure” file, showing everything that must be installed and configured in order to the software work
