We need a simple PHP Script that could calculate the SEO Score of any webpage.
HTML Content of the webpage will 1st be fetched using CURL and then the PHP script should calculate the SEO Score.
Example of SEO Script can be seen at http://whois.domaintools.com/DOMAIN.COM
Replace DOMAIN.COM with any domain name.
Click on the Site Profile button and SEO Score is listed.
It is a whole number and in percentage.

It should calculate the SEO Score based on Meta Tags, Keywords, Links, IMG ALT, HTML Codes, Text Data and Contents of the webpage itself. Nothing outside.
SEO Score should be accurate to that of DomainTools.
